Welcome to PL On-line

If you aren't quite ready to register yet, and want to read more about the program, start here.

If you do want to register, but don't want to do so on-line.  Download one of the 3 guides listed below and mail in the form at the back with a check for your deposit.  If you can't download the guide, email, or call us at 207-846-5118 and we'll mail one out to you.

Pilgrim Lodge camping experiences can be broken down into three groupings.  Because we are using a single registration program, some fit more easily than others.  Below are the instructions for each of the three groups. If you are not sure into which group your session fits, click here.

TO ENROLL ON-LINE: Just follow the steps below and have your Visa or MasterCard ready to make your payment. Your reservation is NOT guaranteed without an initial payment.

Important

The first step of the registration process is for the PARENT (or adult camper) to set up an account.  You will use this account to register your campers. Once your family account is set up, registering is easy. Next year, or even if you register the same camper again this summer, you will be able to simply open his or her profile in your family account and click on the session you want.

Children & Youth Camps Adult Camps Family Camps
1.  Download the Parent's guide.  Read it and make sure you understand it. Email or call us (207-724-3200) with questions.

2. Parents must register children and youth.

3. Click the 'Create an Account' button below.

4. On the page that pops up, create a Username and Password. *Keep these for future reference.

5. Then fill out YOUR name and contact information (not your child’s).

6. Re-enter the username and password you just selected

7. From there, you will see instructions on how to complete registration.

1. Download the Adult Camper Guide. Read it and make sure you understand it. Email or call us (207-724-3200) with questions.

2. It's counterintuitive, but because the system is set up primarily for youth camps, you have to set up your information three times.

a: On the page that pops up, create a Username and Password. *Keep these for future reference.  Set up your account (you can use the same one you set up to register children if you have any)

b: set up your family account (again, you only need one family account, but if you're single, or if you are the only one attending camp, you will have to set this up

c: set up a camper profile.  "But wait" you'll say, "didn't I already give all this information?" yes, but you need a camper profile to register.

3. References to children and parents should be tolerated.  We know you're not a child, and we know we're not talking to your parents.  It's a 'work around.'

1. Download the Family Camp Guide. Read it and make sure you understand it. Email or call us (207-724-3200) with questions.

2. After clicking "Set up my account" enter your data (an adult).  Then set up your family account.

3. Create a profile for each family member.

4. When you get to the 'registration' page, you'll find that every family member is listed, and in between each name is the entire list of camping events.  Each family member must have a profile and you must click the 'register box' for each camper. Family events are listed twice, once as 'register a child' and once as 'register an adult.'  This is to ensure the proper price is applied for each age group.

If you are applying for grandparents camp, you should  set up separate family accounts for separate households.  This will require a separate user name and password for each household.

Thank you for using on-line registration!  Let us know how it worked for you and be patient with us as we grow into it.
