It's our camp! Please volunteer to help open camp for the season. This is a work weekend. Youth (6th grade and above) need adults with them. Bundle up and bring your tools. Free Friday overnight, Saturday breakfast for those who worked on Friday. Saturday lunch for all volunteers.

Youth Group Overnight
May 2nd-3rd, Sat to Sun - Partial Weekend
Free for youth groups who work on Saturday.
Youth Group Leaders Required.

Grades 6 & Up

If your group works on Saturday (see above) stay for free, with supper on Sat. and breakfast on Sun. Groups stay together by cabin with a 1:7 adult to youth ratio covering both genders. $25 if you don't work.

CIT Training I
Sat May 9th - Day
Counselors in Training... Umm.. Training.
Campers Age
16 & 17

CIT training is offered twice.  Two one-day, 6 hour sessions.  You must attend only one of these sessions (not both) or have had previous PL CIT training. This session will be at the Augusta Conference Office. You must attend one of these sessions (not both) or have had previous PL CIT training.  Counselors-In-Training are an essential bridge between campers and counselors. Learn new skills and understand the role of counselor. You must be 16 by the time you serve as a CIT. The fee helps defray the costs of being at camp for a week.  

Women at the Well
June 5th-7th, Fri to Sun - Weekend
Note: At the well, not in it. Ladies only.

We invite you to join us on the shores of Lake Cobbesseecontee where the waters of the well beckon  you. The gift of time is offered to canoe, swim, read, walk the labyrinth, or just sit in a rocking chair on the porch reflecting over a cup of tea. We you you will find it here!

CIT Training II
Sat June 6th - Day Training
Campers Age
16 & 17

Each year passes too quickly and it is time again for our trek to Pilgrim Lodge to renew our faith and spirit, as well as our physical, mental, and emotional selves.  Aside from the specific Vintage Ventures activities, Pilgrim Lodge offers waterfront activities and fabulous Labyrinth experiences; and places to sit and contemplate, or walk among the trees if ‘alone time’ is required.

Red Cross Lifeguard Training
June 19th-21st, Fri to Sun - Half-Week
We're Certifiable!

Become certified as a Red Cross Lifegaurd. You should be a strong swimmer. Space is very limited so register early. This course is for waterfront lifeguarding and includes CPR. The price includes all materials.

Arts Alive!

Everything you love about PL plus a focus on the arts.

God created the earth, now it’s time to discover what you can create!  Arts Alive is a week focused on exploring your creative side in a community of fellow artists.  Bring your tools for creating (an instrument, journal, camera etc.) and open your mind to learning something new

Faith Foundations
June 28th to July 1st, Sun to Wed - Half-Week
Half week for our youngest campers

Start your sleep-away camp years off right with Faith Foundation! Specially designed for younger campers, this half-week camp at the beginning of the summer provides the full Pilgrim Lodge experience while leaving space for campers to learn the ropes as they make new friends. Start your child's camp years - and summer - off right, but helping them lay a good "Faith Foundation!"

One Spirit, Many Gifts
July 5th-11th, Sun to Sat - Full Week
Small Camp for Early Sr. High Schoolers

One Spirit Many Gifts (OSMG, pronounced "Oz-Mawg") is for campers entering the 9th - 11th grades, and is a smaller event by design (with a maximum of 30 campers). Being at PL with such a small group means it is easier for us to get to know each other and to do many all-camp activites.

Calling all Harry Potter fans! The Magic Is Back!

Explore the teachings of Christ through the adventures of Harry Potter. Enjoy all the classic fun of Pilgrim Lodge - swimming, boating, cookouts and boardwalk time with your friends. Then add a dash of Potter magic!

Middler Impact

In a world full of peer pressure, negativity, and conflict of all kinds, it's hard to know how to best live in harmony with those around us, keep our integrity, and share God's Love with others. With this year's theme, "Lliving in the Spirit" we'll strive to discover our best selves - the person created in God's image, not the image others may push on us - and we will explore ways to take that with us out into the world after camp.

Manitou Island Adventure
July 26th to August 1st, Sun to Sat - Full Week
Sr. High Island Camping

Campers will find the excitement of outdoor adventure on canoe trips, hikes, and water excursions. We'll still ourselves through crafting, music, meditation, - coming together as a community to live on an island far from the  hurried, busy pace of everyday life.

The Glorious Shore, The Mountains, and The Forest Floor

Want to go to a camp in the mountains or on a lake?  At Best of Both Words you don't need to choose.  Start the week swimming, canoeing and walking the boardwalk at Pilgrim Lodge.  End the week hiking, caving and rock climbing at Horton Center.

The Best of Both Worlds - Senior High
August 2nd-8th, Sun to Sat - Full Week

We'll start off at Pilgrim Lodge, where the loons will sing us to sleep and the boardwalk is the road we'll walk down. Here, we'll walk the labyrinth and work through challenges and get to know each other much better!  Mid-week, we'll hop a bus and go all the way to Horton Center in the White Mountains, where the natural beauty of the world around us continues to offer opportunities to see the divine moving in our own adventure and relationships!

Mission: Middler

Mission: Middler 2015 is about to have it’s best summer ever. Especially if you are there!  Together we will power up with God’s love and amazing encounters with friends old and new. We will power up with all kinds of camp adventures even as we unplug from the hustle and bustle of our everyday lives.

Rainbow Camp

An LGBT weekend retreat

This weekend retreat is an opportunity for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender adult Christians to gather as a community and to reflect on our spiritual lives as LGBT persons of faith.

 

Come to the shores of Lake Cobbosseecontee and rejoice in who God has created you to be.  Rainbow Camp is a safe haven where you will find a warm and caring community where we celebrate your adventurous personal journey of faith.

Grandparents & Grandchildren Camp II

All Grandfamilies welcome! Come for two days of special time together in our sacred space at PL. Wake up to the beautiful lake, go to sleep listening to the song of the loons, and fill the day with memories-in-the-making.

Family Camp
Sept 4th-7th, Fri to Mon - Labor Day Weekend
Labor day weekend with your family in a cabin by the lake
All Ages!

Spend the end of summer vacation relaxing with your family in the beautiful setting of Pilgrim Lodge! Swim, eat, sing, play, and make new friends. The long weekend offers plenty of activity: swimming, boating, games, nature walks, group activities, singing and vespers; but all plenty of time to chat, read, nap, and walk the labyrinth. Families of all shapes and sizes are welcome!

Autumn High School Weekend!

An opportunity for High Schoolers to enjoy the beauty of PL in the autumn. On Saturday we will travel vis bus to Augusta for a taste of the Maine UCC annual meeting. A weekend that is both fun and meaningful.

A day to put camp to rest for the winter. Bring a bag lunch and come on up. Youth 6th grade & older are welcome with adult supervision and signed parent permission. PL is beautiful in the fall and the work is so very appreciated.
