It's our camp! Please volunteer to help open camp for the season. This is a work weekend. Youth (6th grade and above) need adults with them. Bundle up and bring your tools. Free Friday overnight, Saturday breakfast for those who worked on Friday. Saturday lunch for all volunteers.

Youth Group Overnight
April 30th to May 1st, Sat to Sun - Partial Weekend
Free for youth groups who work on Saturday.
Youth Group Leaders Required.

Grades 6 & Up

If your group works on Saturday (see above) stay for free, with supper on Sat. and breakfast on Sun. Groups stay together by cabin with a 1:7 adult to youth ratio covering both genders. $25 if you don't work.

CIT Training I

CIT training is offered twice.  Two one-day, 6 hour sessions.  You must attend only one of these sessions (not both) or have had previous PL CIT training. This session will be at the Augusta Conference Office. You must attend one of these sessions (not both) or have had previous PL CIT training.  Counselors-In-Training are an essential bridge between campers and counselors. Learn new skills and understand the role of counselor. You must be 16 by the time you serve as a CIT. The fee helps defray the costs of being at camp for a week.

Quitobaquito Dining Hall Dedication & Ice Cream Social
June 12th-13th, Sun to Mon - Day Event, Optional Overnight
Excitement Builds! We are going to PASS IT ON!!!
All Ages!

Quitobaquito, the new dining hall is closer to completion. Please join the Maine Conf. at Pilgrim Lodge for the dedication and Ice Cream Social on June 12th from 1PM-4PM. Overnight available if you want to stay longer (leaving by noon on June 13th) for a cost of $30. Dinner & Breakfast Included.

Red Cross Lifeguard Training
June 17th-19th, Fri to Sun - Half-Week
We're Certifiable!
Campers Age
16 & Older

Become certified as a Red Cross Lifegaurd. You should be a strong swimmer. Space is very limited so register early. This course is for waterfront lifeguarding and includes CPR. The price includes overnights, meals and all course materials.

Arts Alive!

Faith Foundations

Start your sleep-away camp years off right with Faith Foundation! Specially designed for younger campers, this half-week camp at the beginning of the summer provides the full Pilgrim Lodge experience while leaving space for campers to learn the ropes as they make new friends. Start your child's camp years - and summer - off right, but helping them lay a good "Faith Foundation!"

Join together with old friends and new July 10-16 for a unique and memorable week.  Together we will deepen and grow in our strength & courage so as to more fully claim the incredible gifts God has given us.  Some see the Senior High years at Pilgrim Lodge to be the ending of an extraordinary Church camp experience.  And yet time and time again Jesus takes our presumed “endings” and transforms them into beginnings, opening up doorways to new excitements & adventures!  Come to celebrate the wonder of our God who consistently opens our eyes to yet one more surprise.

One Spirit Many Gifts (OSMG, pronounced "Oz-Mawg") is for campers entering the 9th - 12th grades, and is a smaller event by design (with a maximum of 30 campers). Being at PL with such a small group means it is easier for us to get to know each other and to do many all-camp activites.

The Best of Both Worlds - Middler

Want to go to a camp in the mountains or on a lake?  At Best of Both Words you don't need to choose.  Start the week hiking, caving, and rock climbing at Horton Center.  End the week swimming, canoeing and walking the boardwalk at Pilgrim Lodge.

We'll start off at Pilgrim Lodge, where the loons will sing us to sleep and the boardwalk is the road we'll walk down. Here, we'll walk the labyrinth and work through challenges and get to know each other much better!  Mid-week, we'll hop a bus and go all the way to Horton Center in the White Mountains.

God's Detectives
July 31st to August 6th, Sun to Sat - Full Week

Where can you go to have a week filled with so many fun, Summer activities?  It’s elementary! Join us at God’s Detectives as we go on a Trust Walk together, and seek clues about God. Whether this is a brand new experience for you or you’ve been to PL before, we warmly welcome you. 

Middler Moments

Campers will find the excitement of outdoor adventure on canoe trips, hikes, and water excursions. We'll still ourselves through crafting, music, meditation, - coming together as a community to live on an island far from the  hurried, busy pace of everyday life.

This weekend retreat is an opportunity for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender adult Christians to gather as a community and to reflect on our spiritual lives as LGBT persons of faith.

A day to put camp to rest for the winter. Bring a bag lunch and come on up. Youth 6th grade & older are welcome with adult supervision and signed parent permission. PL is beautiful in the fall and the work is so very appreciated.
