This scholarship application form is for Camp Pride and Pride Across the Ages only. We have limited funds set aside for scholarships to camp. Campers are expected to pay $100 registration fee for Camp Pride or $25 registration fee for Pride Across the Ages.
This form should be filled out by a parent or guardian. All information is confidential.
Funds will be distributed according to need until they are depleted.
